I think you're just dehydrated. Drink lots of water. It's good for your skin/muscles/body.Why have my lips gone smaller? 10 POINTS BEST ANSWER?
thats a little wierd, but there a few reasons why

1. ur lips could be dry so brush them with ur toothbrush when u brish ur teeth every night to keep them smooth and ensure u moisturise them

2. u culd be a little dehydrated so make sure u sip water all through the day, every day. carry around a cute drink bottle to make sure u do it.

3. lips go up and down with their plumpness through life, especially around ur age (puberty) so if u want their fullness, ur ging to have to make the illusion their full so use lip enhancers, sally hansen makes lip volumisers, and lots of make-up brands do aswell, like maybelline, revlon, max-factor.

look in chemists and the beauty department in big stores like big W, walmart, target, k-mart etc for lip plumpers too

and remember the darker the colour, the smaller ur lips will look

hope i helped :)
It could be your brain's developing along with your skull causing the head to grow bigger in porportion to the body but the lip failed to grow.

It also can be that just a growth explanation.

But I wouldn't take it too seriously, it would come back or GROW and catch up with the porportion
wear lipgloss and they'll look big or also at vistoria secrete tey have like a lip plump balm that should help your lips fuller ;)
