try a nude lipstick
i put a small amount of foundation on my lips than a lipglass over it... gives it that same pale look..
her lips are prob naturally light but she put a really nude pink on

It goes on super shiny and thick and makes your lips a completely different color. It feels really good too.

She's very pale to begin with, and that photo is extremely edited. She's probably just wearing pink lipgloss.
