I have this lumps around the lips of my vagina it feels like hard balls but is inside the skin?

i dont know what it is cuz i havent had sex for 3 months and i got checked for everything since im pregnant and my test were all negative i started to get them 3 days ago is the lumps feel hard inside the skin of the lips of my vagina and the get swallowen and it hurts a little but idk what could it be can you help??? should i call my doctor???I have this lumps around the lips of my vagina it feels like hard balls but is inside the skin?
They are completely normal female anatomy. What your are feeling are called bulbourethral glands, and they are erectile tissue similar to what males have at the base of their penis. You are probably experiencing pain there just because you keep touching them. Well, if you shave then they could just be shaving cysts. My friend had something like that a while back, and it turned out to be that. But, I would still go get checked by a doctor, just in case.
It could be a cyst or an infection. You should call your doctor to check it out.
