all I know is that if your lips are chapped a lot then you lack oil in your system. Maybe ask a nurse about the liner as it ';could'; but not necessarily be something serious your body is telling you. Some counties have an ';ask a nurse'; line, see if there's one in your county, or maybe call your doctor's office and ask. They might tell you to set an appointment and come in. If you feel or know it's some burns from a past life then it's up to you if you want to spend the money for an appointment. Maybe just ask her what the lip looking liner means, if anything.
