Why does my lips and my throat get dry especially at night?

at night your skin absorbs the most moisture. your throat gets dry because you dont drink as much fluids as night (most dont for some reason unbeknownst to me) and you need to drink MORE fluids to keep your body running while you sleep. otherwise you go on an 8 hour binge with no water and nothing to hydrate your body or breath, causing cottonmouth in the morning.

i suggest upping your intake of fluids at night and applying carmex to your lips when they get dry, so moisture will stay in.Why does my lips and my throat get dry especially at night?
There is probably no moisture in your room, so i suggest putting a bowl of water in room so your lips and throat don't get dry.Why does my lips and my throat get dry especially at night?
You are most likely breathing through your mouth instead of your nose at night. Try applying some lip balm to your lips before crawling in bed. You could also try the breath right nose patches to see if you can keep your nostrils open so you breath through your nose instead of your mouth. Keep a glass or bottle of water by your bed. If you wake up and are dry, you can get a drink.
