Sorry, hun there is nothing that can cure hanging vagina lips or the proper term long labia. There are surgeries that will help but they are expensive and honestly why would you wanna mutilate yourself that way. God makes all women's vagina's different, the same way that he makes all peoples faces different. And please don't listen to anyone who tells you that having to much sex makes your labia longer, because it definitely doesn't and won't. I have recently found out that lots of men prefer longer labia.
