as someone just said in a previous answer, using a lip liner and lining just a little outside your natural lip line will help.
ALSO put lipgloss in the middle of your lips ONLY.
it gives the allusion of bigger lips without overdoing the shine.

Your lips are already big enough, sheesh... That's all I see in your damn picture.
Line your lips with lip liner just slightly outside your natural lip and fill in then use lip gloss over that!
try lip plumper ( the product) or bright shades
get lip gloss with lip plumper in it
