1. Apply a small coat of Vaseline and use a toothbrush to get rid of dried skin


2. Then, apply a nice lipgloss, something shiny that has a natural tone to it.

use a lip plumper they have some wonderful ones at bath and body works :D
you can try venom lip plumper....it feels a little weird, though.


or you can go get your lips cosmetically plumped.
