just buy Dream Matte mouse foundation , rub it on ur lips and its stays all day its hot . i do it ,like always.
You probably want to buy lipstick instead of using foundation on them.





I used to use foundation on my lips to get that pale look, but it dried them out.





Then I bought MAC's lipstick in Myth. It was perfect. Obviously more expensive, but it didn't dry my lips out.
rub lemon on your lips regularly..


can be a bit drying so moisturize at night..


this can get your lips paler especially if there are dark patches.
