I need to know would a chicken whistle if it had lips??If a chicken had lips would it whistle?
Dogs and cows have lips, but don't whistle.
Parrots don't have lips, but do whistle.

well just because it has lips doesn't mean it can whistle, i have them but i couldn't whistle to save my life D:

well why wouldnt it. everything else with lips whistles
i don't think so, but maybe if it had a tong. or if you stick a whistle up its *** =P
