Chapped lips are the worst because


1. they burn


2. you can't kiss


3. you have to have to continually put chapstick on every 2 minutes


With dry skin you can just put lotion on every day.

I think really chapped lips! I can easily find good lotion to cure it, But I can never seem to be able to moisturize my lips enough! Happy late Valentines Day!

depends on if you mean how it feels or how it looks..really dry skin makes you look flaky and really chapped lips can cause them to bleed and plus its a no no for kissing :P
lips because the skin there is more sensitive
