They can. The end result is atrocious and looks good on NO ONE. I can barely look at aging entertainers who have tried to remove the upper lip creases with implants, injections, or other trickery.

I read in some magazines in my country that we could brush (with a toothbrush) our lips and than to make a little bit darker line with a lip pencil around the lips to make it volumes.
