kissing a guy at all, anywhere.. even ';blowing'; a kiss to him is definatly flirting... and its only teasing if he likes it.. but cant have it and its just an annoyance if he doesnt like it but you make it seem like he does.... good luck!!!

yes i think it's flirting most ppl don't just kiss guys randomly without it being flirty (unless they are on something or drunk)
That goes a little further then flirting... flirting would be a wink or a smile... I think any kind of touching, especially kissing someone RIGHT BY the lips is seducing.
