I am considering getting permenant make-up done to my lips, eyebrows and eyeliner. Any comments?

go to someone who has the CORRECT license, not just a tattoo artist,


the eyeliner, will turn green after some time, so unless you have green eyes, then dont. the artist WILL tell you it will not, and in 5 yrs, trust me, they wont care, i personally know it does, and know a few others who now regret it.


the lip liner is good, IF you always wear the same color lipstick.


eyebrows ok, brown tattoo will stay brown, ive seen that, looks good, if its needed.

I deffinately wouldnt recomend it. my friend got her lips and eyeliner done, and has regreted it ever since, its really hard to cover up if you want something new , which eventually you will. another problem is in the summer and winter you tend to get lighter and darker, and the make-up doesnt which can make you look horrible

My comments are based on what I've heard professional make-up artists say on television: DON'T DO IT! Your skin and muscles will sag as gravity takes hold, in your 40's or 50's, and then you will look like an alien, bc you will have a weird fake set of lips in a completely different location from your real lips.
Please don't I watched the news and they did a special about it and this women permanently looks like a clown now. Also its permanent so there is no going back you can get laser removal so diminish the tattooing but you will never has your face back. Also it costs at least 400 too. Natural is better, hope it helps.
dont do it! certain makeup trends or designs run in and out of style/fashion like crazy, someday you might seriously regret the permenent mess you have made, the pattern you have choosen could be out dated in a matter of months. Besides, i did hear that tatooing in such sensitive areas can hurt ALOT....however if you really think it will make you feel better about yourself than by all means go for it, whatever makes you happy!
Believe me you do not need that. You are beautiful just the way you are, always remember that because if you don't no one will and you do not need to have permanent make-up drawn on your face. Just stick to regular make-up that way you can take it off if you don't like it.
you'll be wearing the same makeup for years. i would get tired of it. i hate wearing the same makeup fo rlips and eyshadows for like eveyday so F that! and when yuo get old your lips lose collagen it will show just the lip color, but your lips will not be ther anymore you will perty much be a clown when your older. haha
Dumb. Well it depends. Just don't over-do it when you get it permanently on so you can look natural. Otherwise you'll look like a freakshow.


Can you add details.. What are you going to get done to your lips? Just the liner to make them look fuller? Or filled in?
don't do it! seriously i have a friend that has had her lips done, it looks horrid, abosolutely terrible.

Be sure you're 100% happy with it before you have it done, or you'll regret it, I expect. Personally, I like to use different shades and hues, so I wouldn't be able to do something permanent like that.
It's really expensive and it can never be undone, I wouldn't recommend doing it but that's just me. In MY opinion I think it looks kinda tacky, it's always more attractive to a guy when a girl does her makeup different!
I like the idea of the eye liner personally. Dunno about teh lips and brows. Bottom line, if it makes you happy go for it! Just remember that you can't get rid of it tomorrow!
Please don't do it.

i wouldn't do it you will end up regretting it what if one day you wake up and decide you want to try something new with your makeup and then you realize you cant because the same makeup is with you forever :(
I wouldn't, permanent is permanent and you might not want the same makeup on your face when you are older. I don't know if it can be removed, but that would just be more money and trouble later on.
I am not a fan of permanant make-up. I have known people who did it, but keep in mind that fashion changes. What you like now, you may not like later.
Styles come and go. What you change to now will be very dated in just a few years.





Some of the things females do to themselves is really dumb, and for what?
dont do it that sounds gross and stupid! may i suggest doing henn makeup, that stays on for about a week and u can always change it, cuz all it does is temporarily stain your skin, and it isnt bad for u.
I really dont think that you shoud get that done. Makeup styles are changing so rapidly that you would regret it within the next year most likley.
Well maybe like eyeliner but i wouldn't want to permanently have the same colour lips everyday and wear the same shade.

Not a good idea. People change their minds about themselves all the time. It would be tough if later in life you wanted a change.
Your going to look weird. Natural beauty is better, I mean..unless you're hideous.





Hopefully it comes out in about 5 months...I think.
If you tire of the make up, are the tatoos easily removed. Will it mar your skin to have it removed.
