i would use a lip plumper. i use Sally Hanson lip inflation extreme. if you don't like sticky lips (like me) just blot them after a minute or two of applying. if you don't want to use a lip plumper then just apply any lipstick or lip gloss as normal %26amp; find a lighter shade of lipstick or gloss %26amp; apply it right down the middle of your bottom lip this gives the illusion of fuller lips. also if you have an illumination powder you can dust it lightly right above your upper lip. for better results do all these. %26lt;3
there are a few ways


1 with light eye shadow whitish outline the tip of your top lip the v part


2 use a liner and over line your lips then lipstick on top


3 use shiny lip gloss it reflects and looks bigger


4 use lip plumper I forgot the brand but its comes in a pink box at macy's ask for the plumper that comes in a rectangle see through little case. Its a bout 20ish dollars. It works. Its not any counter brand it is its own little shelf usually.

Find a lip liner 1 shade darker then your lip, and lightly shade it around your lip line, especially along the bottom lip.





Then also apply some lip gloss as well, but just lip liner works too.
This may help It is with lipliner but not the horrible clownish application we often see lol.

get a lip plumper. i just got one by too-faced and it makes my lips look enormous. it is slightly painful tho /:
