I have soft lips because i always moisturize them with Vaseline but nonetheless, they are flaky. I mean that?

the reason they keep getting flaky is you are lacking in water..Drink 6 to 8, eight ounce glasses of water a day..Not having enough water in your system dries out your lips..No amount of carmex or vaseline will stop this from happening..It is worse if you live in hot dry windy places or cold and windy places..Good LuckI have soft lips because i always moisturize them with Vaseline but nonetheless, they are flaky. Darling, what you need is a good dab of extra virgin olive oil. I know it sounds gross, but it is really amazing what it does for your lips. And it's totally natural, so you don't need to worry about chemicals and other things like that. I actually use olive oil all over my body for various things, like, on my lips when they're chapped, or as a hair masque before a shower, or a facial mixed with honey. It's the bomb, trust me.
Your lips have gotten used to Vaseline, don't put too much of it on, but its probably the cold weather, making them crack and causing them to flake
yes!!! Instead of using vaseline, try carmex, or buy a moisturizing lip gloss from bath and body works鈩?I strongly suggest the coconut rum. It's amazing!!

apply vaseline in the morning then through the day use a chapstick. with or without flavor ... it works for me:)
Shea butter works wonders. I use it on my lips especially in the colder weather
