I don't smoke, nor do i apply lip stick. Only thing i use for my lips are vaseline lip guard or any such lip guards to keep it moist...... but still my lips have turned very dark...
What could be the reason for this?

1. You can mix one-tablespoon cranberry sauce juice with two tablespoons Vaseline for a delicious home made lip balm.
2. Apply the juice of lemon skin, to avoid the black colour of lips.
3. Massage your lips with coriander leaf juice for soft and rosy lips.
For sure putting few drops of mustard oil in your belly button before going to sleep will help. I have tried the same and it works.

My aunt had something similar happen to her and she tried lemon juice. She would dip a Q-tip in the juice and apply it to her lips. She said that it brought her ';pink'; back. Good luck!

I suggest to visit a doctor to find out of there is a stomach illness or any another problem
also try this easy naturel recipe
put amond oil daily and eat alot of foods that contain vitamin C
only thing that could make them a lighter pink colour is applying foundation to them - not much just enough to change the colour
a tan on your face will also make the lips appear lighter than they are

It could be that you have been drinking too much chocalate milk or the effects of the sun without any suncreen lipbalm. :)
Use the rose labello, it makes your lips pink and it moistens, plus it's cheap!
