But I have learned that if you have constant chapped lips, your lips start to become immune to a certain brand, and it no longer heals your lips. I always carry 2 different brands of chap sticks with me. I often switch to the other one whenever my lips become immune to the first one, and it heals it up within an hour or so.
try blistex lip balms. apply it when they start feeling dry again and in a couple of days your lips will be soft as a babies cheek. it works wounders for me and is quite cheap too.
apply cheese or butter on ur lips during sleep at night, otherwise some medicated creams r also available.
I have always used vaseline and I have found that it is the best help. I always use it during winter.
Sperm is quite good. Rub that on your lips and have a cup of honey and lem (Hot)
